Daily, evening and early-morning office cleaning
Office Cleaning in London
Your office is cleaned after it empties and ready before it fills. A fixed team, a written specification, and a standard that is checked rather than assumed.

An office is cleaned every day and noticed only when it is not.
Nobody thanks the cleaner for a clear desk and an empty bin. They notice the kitchen when the sink is full, the washroom when the paper has run out, and the meeting room when the last group left crumbs. Office cleaning is judged on its misses, which is why the specification and the checking matter more than the mop.
We clean offices across London for occupiers, landlords and managing agents. Single floors, whole buildings, shared reception and lift lobbies in multi-let blocks. The work is scheduled around the hours the office keeps, so for most sites that means early morning or evening, with a daytime presence where washrooms and kitchens need it.
What an office clean covers.
- Desks, screens, phones and touch points wiped and sanitised
- Bins emptied, recycling separated, liners replaced
- Kitchens and tea points: surfaces, sinks, appliances, floors
- Washrooms cleaned and restocked on every visit
- Meeting rooms reset, glass partitions and doors cleaned
- Vacuuming, hard floor mopping and entrance matting
- Reception, stairwells, lift cars and lobbies in shared buildings
- Periodic tasks on a rota: high dusting, carpet cleaning, upholstery, internal glass
Consumables such as hand soap, paper and bin liners can be supplied and replenished as part of the contract, so they do not become a separate purchasing job for the office manager.
Frequency follows the building, not a price list.
A ten-desk studio that is quiet on Fridays does not need the same visit pattern as a two-hundred-seat floor with a staffed kitchen. We walk the space, count the washrooms, ask how the office is used through the week, and price a schedule that fits. Daily, three times a week, weekly or a mix, with heavier periodic tasks on a separate rota.
The specification is written down: what happens on every visit, what happens weekly, what happens monthly and quarterly. That document is what the team works to and what the supervisor audits against. When the office changes, the specification changes with it.
What you get
How an office contract is run.
A written specification
Every task, every frequency, every room, in a document you hold. It is the reference for the team and for any complaint.
The same faces
A regular team assigned to the site, inducted on its access, alarm and security arrangements, so nobody is being shown round on a Tuesday night.
Supervised, then audited
A supervisor checks the building on a rota and records what was found. Where a standard has slipped it is corrected and logged.
Out-of-hours as standard
Early mornings, evenings and weekends are the normal pattern for offices. Key-holding and alarm procedures are agreed before the first visit.
Consumables managed
Soap, paper, liners and washroom products supplied and topped up, so they are never the reason a washroom fails.
One invoice, one contact
Cleaning, washroom services, window cleaning and periodic deep cleans on a single agreement with a named contact.
How it works
How an office comes on board.
- 01
Site visit
We walk the floor with you: desks, kitchens, washrooms, meeting rooms, access and hours. Photographs and measurements where they matter.
- 02
Specification and price
A task list by frequency, the hours needed to deliver it and a monthly price. Nothing hidden in a day rate.
- 03
Mobilisation
Team assigned and inducted, keys and alarm codes handled under a written procedure, consumables and equipment delivered to site.
- 04
Audit and review
Supervisor checks on a rota, a monthly review with you, and a specification that changes when the office does.
Common questions
Office cleaning questions.
How much does office cleaning cost in London?
It depends on floor area, the number of people using the office, how many washrooms and kitchens there are, the frequency, and the hours. A small office cleaned three evenings a week costs a fraction of a large floor cleaned nightly with daytime cover. We quote from a site visit and a written specification, not from a rate card, so the price reflects your building.
What hours do office cleaning teams work?
Whichever hours suit the office. Most London sites are cleaned early morning or in the evening so the workspace is ready when staff arrive. Some prefer a daytime cleaner for washrooms, kitchens and reception, and some use both.
Do you clean small offices?
Yes. A single floor or a small studio is a normal contract. Frequency is matched to the space, so a small office might be cleaned two or three times a week rather than daily.
Can you clean a multi-let building for a managing agent?
Yes. Reception, lobbies, lifts, stairwells and shared washrooms on one contract, with tenant floors added where the tenants want them. Costs can be split by demise for service charge purposes.
Are cleaning products and consumables included?
Cleaning materials and equipment are included where the agreed specification says so, which is the normal arrangement. Washroom consumables such as soap, paper and sanitary bins can be included in the contract price or itemised separately, as you prefer.
What happens if a standard slips?
The supervisor records it on the audit, it is corrected on the next visit under the specification, and the specification is checked to see whether the task or the frequency was wrong. You are told what was found and what changed.
